What is SES Hospedajes and why is it mandatory?
SES Hospedajes is the Ministry of the Interior system where accommodations in Spain must register their guests' data. If you rent out your property, it is a legal obligation — and Check-In Pro automates it for you.
What guest data is collected and how is it protected?
Only the data required by law: identity, document and stay dates. It is transmitted encrypted and processed in accordance with the GDPR.
How does the guest sign the contract?
Once their details are complete, the guest receives the contract and signs it from their phone, within the same check-in flow. No paper or presence needed.
How long does it take to set up a property?
